I was in here not long ago with my boyfriend. We received service from a 20 year old kid I unfortunately didnt get the name of. This kid was seriously something else. He had the skills youd expect from someone who has been doing hair for decades in a celebrity industry. With laser focus on every single hair, and precision in each task, he truly knew what he was doing. All we could both say was "wow". He kept asking if what he was doing looked good, but honestly I dont think I have the qualifications to tell an expert what looks good. He was incredible. He was gentle with everything, incredibly kind, and fully in his zone. It truly felt like a luxury service with the effort he was putting in. This young guy truly is in his calling. Ive never seen a better haircut in my life. Additionally, the store has an incredible vibe. It is immaculately clean, and the lighting is very nice. You really feel like youre in a high end barbershop. It is very client satisfaction focused, from service to cleanliness. My favorite aspect was that there were tvs in the mirrors for children. I also witnessed someone completing a haircut for a child with complex needs, modelling incredible kindness and patience throughout. This place is very disability accommodating, and welcoming to children. It is a very warm environment and you feel like you belong there, which is not typical of other barbers/salons with the same high quality. 10/10. Will be returning.

My recent experience at Tommy Gun's in Lloydminster was a perfect 10/10! As always, Jen is outstanding. She knows exactly what haircut I like and takes the time to make sure I leave 100% satisfied. I really appreciate that she never rushes the service—after the cut, she washes and rinses my hair and does a final check. This attention to detail really sets her apart from other barbershops. It's truly hard to find a hairstylist as skilled and conscientious as Jen. She’s an absolute gem!!!
